About
A Pennsylvania contractor, not a national body shop.
Keystone GovTech is the delivery brand for portals, workflows, and dashboards. PA NextGen Solutions LLC is the legal entity, ITQ holder, and Small Diverse Business.
Founder
Pablo Adam — Founder & CEO
25+ years in telecommunications and SLED technology, including work as a senior AT&T technology sales executive. That background covers public safety and NG911, telecom and unified communications, cloud, cybersecurity procurement, and the mechanics of buying technology inside Commonwealth contracts.
We are Pennsylvania-focused by design. The people who answer your questions are the people doing the work, and we would rather scope a contained first project honestly than win a program we cannot staff.
Working with primes
We also support prime contractors who need a credentialed SDB/DBE partner on Commonwealth work, in the delivery areas listed on our services page.
